MISSION

Since it's inception in 2001, Give Hope has assisted over 300+ families in Northern Nevada.

The Give Hope Foundation helps Northern Nevada families with children coping with catastrophic illnesses by providing financial assistance for uncovered medical expenses, travel expenses related to treatments, rent or mortgage payments and other expenses necessary to maintain the home for their child. Consideration may also be given to assist with payment of medical insurance premiums when the insured's parent is on leave from his or her employer due to the child's illness.

HISTORY

The concept behind the Give Hope Foundation began in 2001 when one of it's founding members was asked to inaugurate a fund raising golf tournament in Reno to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Foundation has since evolved into it's own non-profit foundation with one major annual fundraising event to provide monies for families in Northern Nevada with children battling catastrophic illnesses.Click to continue...
