How to Apply

At Give Hope, we know that the pressures facing parents who cope with the medical needs of an ill child while keeping the family and the household together can quickly become overwhelming. That's why we want to help with the financial end as much as we can.

Areas of Assistance

The Give Hope Foundation will provide confidential assistance to families for uncovered medical expenses, travel expenses related to treatment, rent/mortgage payments, and other expenses necessary to maintain the home for the child. The Give Hope Foundation will consider providing assistance with medical insurance premiums when the insured's parent is on leave due to the child's illness.
